Southline will contribute investments of more than $4 million across New Mexico and Arizona through donations, sponsorships, and partnerships with local organizations.
Southline’s Phase 1 construction phase is projected to generate over $18 million in local tax revenue across Arizona and New Mexico, which will help fund critical public services, including education, infrastructure, and emergency response:
Pima County, AZ: $2.2 million
Cochise County, AZ: $7.9 million
Hidalgo County, NM: $6.1 million
Grant County, NM: $2.7 million

Southline Transmission, LLC. is submitting an Application to amend the Certificate of Environmental Compatibility (CEC) granted by the Commitee in Line Siting Case No.173 (CEC 173) to obtain a CEC for the Apache to Vail Upgrade Route of the Southline Transmission Project.
